Contracts Specialist

Judy is a senior international finance and contracting professional with over 20 years of strategic management and operations experience. With in-depth overseas experience in building connections, relationships and partnerships, Judy has spent her career finding solutions to complex development challenges. She served as a US Diplomat with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) working in more than nine USAID Missions around the world where she spearheaded many successful development outcomes. 

Before joining USAID, Judy’s earlier career was spent honing her superior negotiation, financial, and international contracting skills with both large and not-for-profit organizations and working in more than fifty countries around the globe.  She has experience with US Government, other donor organizations (DFID, SIDA, ADB, WB) as well as private sector donors (Gates Foundation) and a successful track record of bridging the funding gap between the private sector and U.S. Government and other donor funds.
