Last Month in Washington, DC, GOPA Group had the privilege of being one of the three consulting companies invited to participate in the Millennium Challenge Accounts (MCA) Procurement Panel. This invaluable opportunity allowed us to share our extensive experience and engage in constructive discussions with representatives from approximately 20 MCAs. 

Martin Güldner, CEO of GOPA Consulting Group, presented a comprehensive economic and performance analysis of eight recent MCA projects implemented by GOPA Group units. His presentation delved into critical aspects that have played pivotal roles in shaping our project outcomes. We explored factors influencing our margins, scrutinized backstopping costs in relation to performance, and compared these crucial elements with those of other donors.

We thank Prabhat Garg at MCC for extending the invitation and facilitating this enriching dialogue with MCC and MCA representatives. This event was more than just a platform to share our expertise, but also provided an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the growth and success of MCC.
